For many people starting a fitness journey can be daunting. What workouts do you do? What foods do you eat? How should I eat? How do I track my goal beyond weight? It's too much! As a former personal trainer, I get it. When I first started out years ago, I knew I had to hit the gym and change the way I ate. But how? I had to figure it out on my own researching everything. Thankfully the gym was my happy place and incorporating more food options that were for the most part agreeable with me made it easier to do. But its not that way for everyone. Not all people love the gym or eating vegetables prepared with all the flavor frying it or doused in oh so delicious butter. It takes a moment to make those adjustments if at all if you don't know where to begin which is why I created this just for you.
